Editorial independence, transparency and conflicts of interest

The Journal of Scientific and Technological Advances (JSTA) maintains editorial independence from the print publishing process and inappropriate external influence. The print publisher does not determine manuscript acceptance or rejection.

Editorial decisions must be based on scholarly merit, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, and independent peer review, without inappropriate institutional, commercial, or personal influence.

Manuscripts submitted by the Editor-in-Chief, close collaborators, or individuals presenting potential conflicts of interest must be managed by an independent, non-conflicted handling editor. That editor is responsible for the relevant assessment and final editorial decision.

Editorial and advisory appointments, academic titles, and institutional affiliations must be verified before being represented as confirmed. ORCID identifiers and institutional affiliations will be displayed only after reliable verification.
